Selena Gomez 'subtle shade' towards Kylie Jenner has fans in stitches

Selena Gomez fans think she’s seemingly ‘shaded’ the Kylie Jenner and Hailey Bieber ‘brow drama’ in her latest Instagram post, and it’s left them in stitches.

The Disney Channel alum has been an active queen on Instagram lately, so much so that one of her posts has now become a viral meme. From make-up to new music, to nights out, Selena is posting it all, and we’re here for it.

Selena Gomez releases brow gel after ‘Kylie Jenner drama’

As well as being a highly successful actress and singer, Selena Gomez also has her beauty line, Rare Beauty.

Recently, the brand released a new Brow Harmony Flexible Lifting Gel, and fans think she may jokingly be referencing Kylie Jenner’s brow drama.

In the caption of her recent Instagram post, the 31-year-old wrote: “You know how much I love a laminated brow and I’m excited to finally share that my new @rarebeauty Brow Harmony Flexible Lifting Gel is here,” and fans in the comments ‘clicked on’ to the reference.

For those who may have forgotten, earlier this year, Gomez shared a video on TikTok where she told fans she “laminated her brows too much” accidentally.

Not long after, Jenner posted a screenshot of herself on FaceTime to Hailey Bieber, as they zoomed in on their eyebrows, with the caption: “This was an accident???”

However, after the comments from fans, Kylie denied this was a dig at Gomez, as she said: “This is reaching. no shade towards Selena ever and I didn’t see her eyebrow posts! U guys are making something out of nothing. this is silly.”

Selena also responded back by saying: . “Agreed @kyliejenner it’s all unnecessary, I’m a fan of Kylie!”

Fans are here for the ‘subtle clap back’

Although the post is probably just a mere coincidence, it didn’t stop fans from taking to the comments saying they were ‘here’ for the caption.

“Oh she did! She DID IT! And we are here for the subtle clap back,” penned one.

Another laughed: “SELENA you did not [cry laughing emojis]”

Others took to the comments to express how proud they were of their fave, as one fan penned: “I’m so proud of you for all you’ve accomplished, can’t believe how well Rare Beauty is doing, you deserve it all queen!”

The Disney alum is back in the studio

After months of teasing, just weeks after being spotted with music producer Fred Again, Selena has now confirmed she’s back in the studio, via her Instagram story.

The star simply posted a sefie behind the mic, and of course, fans have since gone wild over the thought of a SG3 dropping anytime soon.

The star of course, hears the begs for new music, as she recently took to Instagram to announce her new single, as she wrote:

“Y’all have been asking for new music for a while. Since I’m not quite done with SG3, I wanted to put out a fun little song I wrote a while back that’s perfect for the end of summer. SINGLE SOON. August 25th.”
